Privacy Policy

We will never share, sell or trade your private information your provide us. The information that you provide and which we receive is stored on our systems that are designed to prevent the loss, misuse, unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or destruction of that information. We may from time to time contact you with new service offerings. You may remove yourself from these mailings at anytime by emailing us. We do not share your information with other third parties except where we are obliged by court order or other request from a law enforcement authority.

Best Rate Guarantee

Goldridge Resort guarantees that our website (www.goldridgeresort.co.nz) will have the best publicly advertised room rate, plus you'll pay no booking fees.

Conditions

The Best Rate Guarantee does not apply to unpublished rates. Unpublished rates include privately negotiated rates, packaged rates, rates involving a prepaid voucher program, hotel rooms sold as part of a travel package, and rates not available to the general public.

Rates not available to the general public include corporate discount rates, group rates, meeting rates, any rates requiring membership in a club, or other organisation where the rates are targeted specifically toward a specific group of individuals and not intended for the general public.

The guarantee does not apply if the lower rate is achieved via a currency conversion and when comparing rates both rates must either have tax included or exclude tax to ensure fair comparison.

Should the cheaper rate be the result of a third party reseller selling Goldridge Resort rooms at a loss, we are unable to extend the guarantee benefits.

Payment Details

All bookings are held in good faith to the arrival and departure date listed in this reservation, at the rate specified.  Full payment is required at time of booking online  and no cancellation, amendments or changes  are allowed to any bookings made online.

A cancellation fee of one night's accommodation will apply to any booking cancelled within 48 hours of arrival time or in the case of a “no show” if made direct with the hotel. If no arrival time is specified, it is deemed to be by 6.00pm of that day. Any cancellation fee will automatically be charged to the credit card on the confirmation, or deducted from the reservation deposit.

The Goldridge Resort may alter these terms and conditions for specific bookings, and advise by return letter, the terms and conditions that will apply. (i.e. Group or Peak Period reservations)

Upon arrival each guest will be required to sign a registration form, and accept the terms and conditions therein of his/her stay.

Payment of reservation- The Goldridge Resort accepts all major credit cards. On arrival a pre-authorisation of your credit card for your accommodation amount may be required.

If paying in Cash, a room security bond will be required upon arrival. A minimum of first night accommodation, plus an additional $100 will be required to cover additional purchases during his/her stay. Any unused funds will be re funded upon departure. Please check with reception.

Cheques are not accepted as payment for accommodation unless received, banked and cleared 10 days prior to arrival as a full pre-paid deposit.

Privacy Statement

This statement applies to all individuals providing personal information to The Goldridge Resort through this website. When collecting personal information The Goldridge Resort complies with the Privacy Act 1993. The Goldridge Resort will only collect and use personal information in connection with processing your request and for contacting you regarding our services to you. All personal information remains with The Goldridge Resort and will not be sold, traded or shared with anyone.
