Goldridge Resort is a unique facility, which offers you the opportunity to host the entire event on one site. We have manicured gardens available for the ceremony, a spacious bar and large reception area, plenty of off-street parking, as well as Hotel accommodation for your out-of-town guests, and all this is set in a ten acre site.
Our main bar area is an ideal reception size for up to 120 guests, and looks out over the Lake and Remarkables Mountain Range. If it eventuates that rain is forecast, we also have a perfect indoor alternative for the ceremony. All your requirements are catered for.
After consultation with you, we can decorate the tables in colours to tone in with the bridal party. This decoration extends to tablecloths, serviettes, candles on the bridal table, if you would like the complex decorated even further, then we can put you in contact with a company who specializes in function decoration.
It is our aim that you enjoy yourselves totally when you are here, and so meticulous planning is vital to the success of the day. Whether it is a casual or a formal event you desire, we endeavour to cater for all possible eventualities, so you have a “stress-free” and enjoyable time here.
We are always open to ideas you may have regarding menus and we will do whatever we can to tailor the menus to your event. A wedding is an individual event in people’s lives, and we like to make each menu suit the couple.
Accommodation is also available on-site in our Hotel units for any guests. As your wedding is to be held here, guests would pay our special group rate of $120.00 per room. Guests will also have access to the Spa pool, tennis courts and barbecue area during their stay, and Sundays have often seen family and friends gather back here for a relaxing barbecue before guests disperse for home.
